Director of the ExerSleep Lab and Associate Professor in the Department of Health and Human Development at the University of Pittsburgh. My research has three foci: (1) the utility of exercise in the management of sleep disorders (insomnia and sleep apnea, in particular); (2) the cardiometabolic consequences of poor sleep; (3) and the independent and combined influences of physical activity and sleep on cardiometabolic health.
