Avril Coghlan

I am a bioinformatician working on parasitic worm genomes. I am interested in how the genomes of parasitic worms (nematodes and platyhelminths) evolve; in identifying worm drug targets and potential anthelmintic drugs; and in helping lab biologists to develop new tools to study the biology of parasitic worms.
