Costanza Fiorentino

Costanza Fiorentino received the degree in physics and the master’s degree in remote sensing from the University of Bari, Italy, and the Ph.D. degree in crop systems from the University of Basilicata, Potenza, Italy. She is currently a Researcher (RTDB) with the School of Agricultural Forestry and Environmental Sciences (SAFE), University of Basilicata. Previously, she was a Researcher with CREA, National Italian Council for Research in Agriculture. She is the author of several publications and participations in national and international conferences as well as having received two awards as best paper. She has participated in national and international projects. Her research interests include the application of proximal and remote sensing in agriculture, precision agriculture technology and innovation, sensor networks, UAVs, automatic guides, and precision agricultural machinery and equipment.
