I am a Board-Certified Surgical Oncologist and General Surgeon. From 2018-2023, I was a Staff Attending educating surgical residents at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso, TX where I specialized in the treatment of benign and malignant diseases of the liver, biliary tract and pancreas as well cancer of the gastrointestinal tract, skin, soft tissues, and breast. After 14 years of Active Duty service in the U.S. Army, I am pursuing additional specialized training in hepatopancreatobiliary cancer surgery at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX. Specialties: cancer, surgical oncology, hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery, robotic surgery, minimally invasive surgery, outcomes research, treatment and outcome disparities in cancer care.
