At the DKFZ my team and I work to develop the next generation of personalised T cell immunotherapies and gene therapy vectors. We do this using a diverse array of tools: single cell sequencing, deep longitudinal immune profiling of patients, deep/machine learning, and high throughput modular cloning of tens of thousands of DNA sequences. Together, we hope to develop the best possible personalised therapies for oncology patients.
