Erin R. Bobicki is currently an Associate Professor of mineral processing with the Department of Chemical and Materials Engineering, University of Alberta, Edmonton, AB, Canada, and the Chief Technology Officer of Aurora Hydrogen, Edmonton, a startup developing technology for distributed, emission-free hydrogen production. She has worked as a Researcher and a Plant Metallurgist for Vale, Toronto, ON, Canada, as a Process Technology Development Engineer for Intel Corporation, and most recently was an Assistant Professor with the University of Toronto, Toronto. Her research interests include industrial applications of microwave technology, comminution, bioreagent development, the rheology of complex mineral slurries, value recovery from waste materials, and the integration of CCUS into mineral processing flowsheets.
