Giulia Cipriano was born in Putignano, Italy, in 1987. She received the Ph.D. degree in environmental science in 2019. Recently, she became a Researcher in ecology at the Department of Biology, University of Bari Aldo Moro, Italy. She shows expertise in the implementation and analysis of biological/environmental data in GIS environment. She has coauthored more than 30 scientific publications in congress proceedings, national and international ISI journals. Her main research interests focus on the application of biological, statistical, and mathematical models to marine ecology, and population dynamics focused on cetacean. Dr. Cipriano achieved the Best Conference Paper Award Prof. Cennamo at Workshop IEEE Metrology for the Sea 2018.
