Han Hao (Graduate Student Member, IEEE) received the B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2015, and the M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA, USA, in 2017. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the Department of Electrical and System Engineering, University of Pennsylvania. His current research interests include CMOS integrated circuit design for biomedical applications and CMOS and silicon photonic design for optical communication. Mr. Hao was a recipient of the Scholarship for Academic Excellence from HUST, the Graduate Award for Best Master’s Thesis from UPenn ESE, the 2020 IEEE RFIC Symposium Best Student Paper Award (1st place), and the IEEE SSCS Predoctoral Achievement Award from 2021 to 2022.
