Heath is currently a Marie Curie Fellow in the H2020 MSCA ITN C-PlaNeT project as a PhD candidate at DTU and UGENT where she is working to map the flows of additive enriched plastics (films, foils, products, and textiles) using LCA. She is investigating how we can improve the accounting of plastic chemical compositions to increase their circularity potential and mitigate the environmental impact of plastic waste streams. Her primary research interests are LCA, Textiles, Plastics, the development of Industrial Ecology Education in higher education environments, and the development of new learning methods and models for teaching LCA in continuing and adult education.
