Ioannis Voyiatzis

Ioannis K. Voyiatzis received the BSc degree in informatics, the MSc degree in electronics automation, and the PhD degree in computer science, all from the Department of Informatics and Communications, University of Athens, Greece. He is currently with the Department of Informatics Engineering, Technological Educational Institute of Athens, Greece. His research interests include Built-In Self Test, online testing, and fault tolerance of digital circuits and memories. He has authored more than 80 technical papers published in refereed international scientific journals and conference proceedings, and 10 books. He has served as a member of the Steering Committee of various conferences. He was the program chair of the International Conference in Design and Technology of Integrated Systems in Nanoscale era (DTIS) in 2010 and the general chair in 2011 and 2014. He has participated as coordinator or investigator in numerous research projects funded from the Greek Government as well as the European Commission. He is the President of the Board of the Greek Computer Society and a member of the IEEE.
