Jeanpierre Chatelon

Jean-Pierre Chatelon received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in integrated circuit devices from Claude Bernard University, Lyon, France, in 1991 and 1995, respectively. From 1995 to 1997, he worked at Lyon University, Lyon, where he elaborated tin oxide thin films by sol-gel process. In 1997, he joined Saint-Etienne Jean Monnet University, Saint-Etienne, France, where he is currently an Associate Professor. His research in the DIOM laboratory is concerned with magnetic thin films elaboration by RF sputtering, material characterizations and high-frequency integrated circuit devices.
