Jitraporn Vongsvivut

Jitraporn (Pimm) Vongsvivut is scientist at IR Microspectroscopy (IRM) Beamline, Australian Synchrotron. Pimm is an experienced physical chemist with the main research interest focused on developments of state-of-the-art vibrational spectroscopic techniques and chemometrics for qualitative/quantitative applications in a diverse range of research, including bio-/nano-technology, food and biomedical science. She has developed the two new ATR techniques at IR beamline including soft-contact piezo-controlled mini-ATR and in-house macro-ATR accessories, which have been successfully applied and proved to be effective for a diverse range of users’ research at the IR beamline from 2016.
