I am an ecologist whose research focuses on how animals respond to a range of environmental conditions and stressors, including climate change, parasitism, and biological invasions. Much of my work has investigated the responses of birds to heat and salt stress, though my current research also focuses on the migration ecology of birds and host-parasite interactions at physiological and macroecological scales.
