Jun Matsushima is with Renesas Electronics Corporation, Tokyo, Japan, where he is responsible for DFT solution and methodology. He received a Foundation degree from the National Institute of Technology, Nara College, Nara, Japan, in 1988. Since 1990, he has been a regular member of Information Processing Society of Japan.
