Macura Katarzyna J

Katarzyna Jadwiga Macura received the M.D. and Ph.D. degrees from the Medical University of Lodz, Łódź, Poland, in 1989 and 1991, respectively. She completed a residency in diagnostic radiology with the Medical College of Georgia in 2000 and a fellowship in cross-sectional body imaging in 2001 with the Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD, USA. She is currently a Professor in the Departments of Radiology and Radiological Science, Oncology and Urology, Johns Hopkins Medicine, Baltimore, MD, USA. She is an Assistant Director for the Imaging Translational Program with the Johns Hopkins Institute for Clinical and Translational Research, Baltimore. She established a clinical and research prostate imaging program with Hopkins focusing on magnetic resonance imaging. Dr. Macura is a Fellow of the American College of Radiology and the Society of Computed Body Tomography and Magnetic Resonance.
