Dr. Kirtiraj K. Gaikwad is an Associate Professor at the Department of Paper Technology, Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IIT Roorkee), India. He received his Ph.D. in 2018 in Packaging Technology from Yonsei University South Korea, MS in Packaging Technology from Michigan State University, USA in 2013. Before joining IIT Roorkee, Dr Gaikwad worked as a Postdoctoral fellow at Ecole polytechnic de Montreal, Canada. He has mainly worked in the field of food packaging
