Leonardo Susta

An associate professor at the Ontario Veterinary College (OVC), my research program focuses on infectious diseases of poultry and other avian species, spanning from disease surveillance, development of new diagnostic methods, and pathogenesis experiments. My teaching and diagnostic expertise is comparative pathology, and I teach in the veterinary and graduate curriculum, including performing diagnostic activity (biopsy and postmortem) for the Teaching Hospital and the Toronto zoo.
