M Kumar Raju

I am presently working as an Assistant Professor at GITAM School of Science, GITAM (Deemed to be university), India I was a Postdoctoral Fellow under the prestigious President's International Fellowship Initiative (PIFI) program of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Institute of Modern Physics, China. I am conducting research on experimental nuclear physics with an emphasis on exploring the nuclear shapes and shell structure in the lighter mass region employing Coulomb excitation and in-beam gamma-ray spectroscopy techniques. I have been worked at various heavy-ion accelerator centers such as RCNP- Japan, iThemba Labs- South Africa, IUAC-New Delhi, and involved in nuclear structure research and have expertise in handling large gamma detector arrays (INGA, CAGRA, AFRODITE, IMP-Clover Array), electronics and analyzing multifold data structures.
