My research interests are in population genomics, evolutionary biology and conservation genetics, primarily encompassing fishes as models. Our main focus at present is on analyzing adaptive responses and climate change adaptability in Arctic char and three-spine sticklebacks in Greenland, adaptation and selection in sticklebacks in human-disturbed environments in Denmark, and analyzing speciation and selection in Atlantic eels.
