With almost 10 years experience on Next Generation Sequencing, i have studied genomic, transcriptomic and epigenetic alterations of several different cancers specimens. I have dedidacated a lot of efforts in rare tumors characterization, with a special attention on gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST). I have recently expanded my objective and started working also on more frequently diagnosticated cancers (including lung cancers and urogenital tumors)
