个人简介
As a researcher of the socio-technical, my work bridges social and computer sciences as seen through the lens of hazards, crises, and disaster. At times my work is history-based as emergency management is a practice that has developed independently of everyday technology use.
My method use depends on the research needs. It could be in-depth historical artifact searches, machine learning, interview-based, or ethnography. Above all, I am interested in questions that bridge incompatible spaces.
