Bio
Norikiyo Koizumi received the M.S. degree in mechanical engineering from the Waseda University, in 1990, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the Tohoku University, in 2000.
He is currently working on the development of superconductor magnets for the fusion experimental device at the Superconducting Magnet Laboratory of the Japan Atomic Energy Research Institute.
