Peter Beck, Head of the Business Unit Radiation Protection Dosimetry at Seibersdorf Laboratories is expert in health physics, radiation hardness assurance, and space weather effects on humans and electronic systems caused by ionising radiation. The team works on personal and ambient dosimetry, testing electronic components, develops detector systems for space, such as the ISS and space satellites. Seibersdorf Laboratories develops the software AVIDOS going toward space weather forecasting.
