Sima Dimitrijev

Sima Dimitrijev (Life Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.Eng., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees in electronic engineering from the University of Nis, Nis, Yugoslavia, in 1982, 1985, and 1989, respectively. He is currently a Professor with the School of Engineering and Built Environment and the Deputy Director of the Queensland Micro- and Nanotechnology Centre, Griffith University, Brisbane, Australia. He is the author of Principles of Semiconductor Devices (2nd edition) (New York: Oxford University Press, 2011).
