I am the Chief Scientific Officer of the Department of Defense Gynecologic Cancer Center of Excellence and its affiliated flagship laboratory, the Women’s Health Integrated Research Center at Inova Health System. The research program that I direct is focused on developing new technologies in chemistry and biology and applying cutting-edge applications and workflows in genomics and proteomics for cancer biomarker discovery and validation in tissues, proximal fluids and serum/plasma.
