Highly competent immunologist with vast experience in molecular- and systems biology with keen interest in research and scientific communication. I possess many different abilities which allows me to work on different types of problems. This stems from a scientific course dominated by an underlying, general curiosity. I retain the ability to absorb new problems and questions - and I deliver answers. I am very comfortable in interdisciplinary environments, where I bridge different professions. My background lies firmly in experimental immunology, and I am an expert in molecular biology and several techniques (such as RACE-PCR, real-time PCR, ELISA, MACS, and FACS analysis) to bring closure to in vivo and in vitro experiments. I am very well at ease with systems biology and bioinformatics through in silico modelling of viral kinetic and statistical analysis of multifactorial and complex data. I am capable of conveying complex information, demonstrated through the preparation and conduction on an internal workshop on proper use of statistics.
