Our Translational vector core (CPV) is involved in development of GMP compliant processes of viral vectors. We have developed processes for the manufacturing and characterization of viral vectors derived from adenovirus ans adeno-associated virus (AAV). The production process can rely on the classical HEK293 transient transfection protocol or on Sf9/BEV technology.
