Victoria Camilieri-Asch

With a background in veterinary science in Europe, Vic specialised in fish neuroethology in Australia, where she completed a BSc with Honours at UQ, focusing on the behavioural responses of elasmobranchs to anthropogenic electromagnetic fields, following onto a PhD on their olfactory abilities at UWA. Current research on biomechanical adaptations in deep-sea chondrichthyans at QUT. Main interests in ethology, sensory ecology & evolution, in light of conservation/reducing anthropogenic impacts.
