Xiaopeng Peng

The research interests of Dr. Peng focus on the discovery of novel epigenetic-targeting anticancer small molecular and cyclic diaryliodoniums as well as the study of organic synthetic methodologies to construct complex heterocycles for potential anticancer drug screening. Dr. Peng obtained his master and operative with Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center with Dr. Shijun Wen and graduated from Southern Medical University for his PhD in 2021. Since joining the current institution Gannan Medical University, he has published over 20 papers in interdisciplinary journals including J Med Chem, Chem Rev, Eur J Med Chem, Pharma Res, Organic Letters, Adv Synth Catal.
