Yong Wang (M’18) received the B.S. degree in optical engineering from Tianjin University, Tianjin, China, in 1994, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from Colorado State University, Fort Collins, CO, USA, in 2006. He is currently a Senior Research Scientist with electrical and computer engineering with Colorado State University. His research interests include the development of high average power soft X-ray lasers, solid-state lasers, laser–matter interaction, and plasmas.
