A commercially available extended UV supercontinuum laser was tuned with a 128-pixel transmissive spatial light modulator to give a close match with the ASTM E490 AM0 solar spectrum. Another 1088-pixel reflective spatial light modulator was added to increase tunability. Because of the small spot size of the laser beam, the effect of size on light current-voltage (IV) measurement was investigated. We propose using an I-SC-V-OC curve to reconstruct a series resistant free full cell light IV curve.
