摘要

Myeloid/lymphoid neoplasms with PDGFRA rearrangement represents a distinct World Health Organization entity, characterised by diverse presentations usually associated with eosinophilia. We present a patient with a unique spectrum of PDGFRA-associated haematological neoplasms incorporating cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, T-lymphoblastic lymphoma (T-LBL) and myeloproliferative bone marrow.
