摘要
About 20% of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) are diagnosed at an early stage, allowing an effective pulmonary resection, but many patients still experience disease recurrence. Thus, biomarkers able to stratify patients with a different prognosis are needed. This study aims to investigate 1) the prognostic potential of free circulating (FC) and extracellular vesicles (EVs)-derived microRNA (miRNAs), and 2) the added of prognostic capacity of the combination of biomarkers and known prognostic factors (PFs).
