摘要
The presence of hot carriers is presented in the operational properties of (FA,Cs)Pb(I Br, Cl)3 solar cells at various temperatures and under practical solar concentration. At 100 K, clear evidence of hot carriers is observed in both the high energy tail of the photoluminescence spectra and from the appearance of a non-equilibrium like photocurrent at higher fluence in light J-V measurements. At room temperature, the presence of hot carriers in the emission is screened at high laser fluence as photo induced halide segregation begins to occur at higher lattice temperature. However, simultaneous J-V measurements indicate the continued presence of non-equilibrium carriers at 300 K. Finally, the presence of hot carriers is also presented in these devices in transient absorption measurements and the dynamics of the non-equilibrium carriers assessed at Voc, Jsc, and at the maximum power point.
