摘要
A new mathematical-physical model is presented to model moisture and thermal diffusivity in semiconducting solid cylinder in the context of the Moore–Gibson–Thompson Photo-Thermal (MGTPT) equation with hyperbolic two-temperature thermoelasticity theory. We investigate the photo-thermoelasticity of an infinite semiconducting solid cylinder rotating with the boundary surface being subjected to a laser pulse with a variable heat flux. Laplace transform is used in solving the proposed mathematical model in a transformed domain. In the physical domain, numerical inversion is used to calculate displacement components, conductive temperatures, dilatation distributions, thermal stresses, and carrier densities. To demonstrate the effect of hyperbolic two temperatures, MATLAB software is used to generate a graphic representation of all the parameters.
