Predicting Survival after Heart Transplantation: Validation of DRI, RSS and OPTN Risk Scores in the UK Transplant Registry
JOURNAL OF HEART AND LUNG TRANSPLANTATION(2024)
摘要
Purpose: Risk scores for survival after heart transplantation may be used to adjust risk in centre performance monitoring. The Donor Risk Index (DRI) and Risk Stratification Score (RSS) were derived from the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) database. Singh et al. derived a score from the Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network (OPTN) database. These scores are not well validated in countries with different donor characteristics, recipient characteristics and organ allocation systems.
