Building a warm and harmonious campus environment helps students learn happily and efficiently. This article studies the main factors that currently affect the quality of campus environment in higher education institutions. Based on the collection of characteristic values and the construction of an evaluation index system, it designs and implements an environmental quality evaluation system based on association rule algorithms. The system obtains the main factors that affect the campus environment and the relationships between them, To provide decision-making and technical support for smart campus environment monitoring and management Environmental quality assessment can establish a warm and harmonious campus environment, which helps students learn happily. However, there are accuracy issues with the results of campus environmental quality assessment. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) cannot solve the problem of campus environmental quality evaluation, and the accuracy of the evaluation is poor. Therefore, this article proposes a new method for analyzing campus environmental quality evaluation using association rule algorithms. Firstly, the relevant factors affecting the quality of campus environment were analyzed, and evaluation indicators were divided according to the requirements of quality evaluation. Secondly, using association rule algorithms to mine internal relationships in the campus environment and conducting a comprehensive analysis of the evaluation results of campus environmental quality. MATLAB simulation shows that the accuracy and evaluation time of the association rule algorithm for campus environmental quality evaluation are better than those of analytic hierarchy method, and the application value is high.
